Box 2 is empty. This is a Swift box.
Box 3 is empty. Also a Swift nest box.




	One of the chicks in Box 1 calls their dad, who's just outside with food.

Welcome to 2012! All the boxes are offline at the moment. There has been very little activity on Box 1 which is unusual for this time of year, it's normally being checked out. There are pairs of Great Tits and Blue Tits around but none of them seem to be house hunting just yet. The most frequent visitors to the garden at the moment are Gold Finches - a bird that until recently was rarely seen in my garden.
